Dark is a German Netflix series consisting of 3 seasons. It debuted on 1 December 2017. The second season was released on 21 June 2019, while the third and final season came out on on 27 June 2020. It is directed by Baran Bo Odar and conceptualized and written by his wife Jantje Friese,among others
